6 Days Total Immersion in the practice of Chen family tai chi
7 nights lodging at Cabinas Las Gemelas, Pavones, Costa Rica
You will learn original Chen style tai chi as it has been practiced for hundreds of years in Chen Village China, the historic birthplace of tai chi.
You will have two 90 minute classes each day from Monday thru Saturday.
You will learn Tai Chi Fundamental exercises, Chen tai chi Old Frame First Routine, and partner training for self defense.
SPECIAL NOTE!
This 7 Day Tai Chi Immersion in Costa Rica is offered beginning the first Sunday of each month all year long.
Check in is Sunday afternoon, training is Monday thru Saturday, and check out is Sunday at noon the following Sunday.

After making your 14% deposit, balance is due 30 days before start date of your Tai Chi Immersion.
